The company was established in April 2004, and is committed to revolutionise the Indian movie business by implementing state-of-the-art digital technology, thereby eliminating print costs, curbing piracy and offering audiences globally benchmarked cinema-viewing with a uniform audio-visual experience. The Company operates offices in the film circuit of Mumbai, Saurastra, Delhi, Nizam, CP/CI/Rajasthan with 125 screens. By 2011, the company would have brought 1000 screens under its fold by also adding West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu & Kerela in its roll out plan.
