Pan India Paryatan Limited (PIPL), belonging to the 'Essel' group of companies, owns and operates two amusement parks viz. 'EsselWorld' and 'Water Kingdom' at Mumbai. EsselWorld is the largest amusement park in the country, located on 64 acres of land off Marve beach, at Malad (outskirts of Mumbai). 'Water Kingdom', commissioned in 1998 adjacent to the Essel World, is one of the largest Theme Water Parks in Asia.
